Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you love your order! However, if you are not completely satisfied, we have simplified our return process. Most items purchased on ZOMUROS.com can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery, excluding certain items (please refer to the Non-Returnable Items section below), provided the item meets all applicable return requirements set forth in this return policy.

Non-Returnable Items


  • Clearance items and all other final sale products marked as non-returnable on their product pages.
  • Complimentary free gifts.
  • Custom-made items. Additionally, order cancellation is not available for custom-made items.

Return Requirements for Eligible Items


Items must be returned in brand-new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unaltered condition, with all original tags intact and hygiene stickers (if applicable) unremoved and undamaged.

All merchandise must be returned in its original unused and unmodified state, with all original tags attached and shipped in the original packaging.

Return Methods & Return Shipping Fees


You may send the package to our return address via USPS. Return shipping costs shall be paid directly by you to the logistics carrier. Under specific circumstances, return shipping fees may be eligible for reimbursement.
