4. Sales Tax & Tax Exemption
Sales tax is calculated according to your shipping address and tax rate effective on the invoice date. The latest applicable tax standard will prevail if tax rate changes before shipment.
Tax-exempt institutions and individuals need to email support@meetsocial.com and submit valid local tax exemption certification of the destination state. You will receive guidance to submit documents via email or fax for refund arrangement. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment account, and the name on the order must fully match the certificate information. Federal tax exemption certificates are not recognized.
5. Secure Payment Protection
All payment data is protected by SSL encryption and processed via PCI-DSS certified payment channels. We will not store your complete card information.
6. Order Confirmation & Payment Verification
A confirmation email will be sent once payment succeeds. Unpaid orders cannot reserve goods. Failed payment can be resolved by switching payment methods or consulting your bank. Individual orders may require extra identity verification for risk control, and unqualified orders will be canceled with full refunds issued.
7. Duplicate Deduction Handling
Temporary repeated authorization holds are normally released automatically within several working days. Feel free to contact us if abnormal deductions persist.
8. Refund Arrangement
All approved refunds will be returned to the original payment channel. The actual arrival time ranges from 5 to 15 business days, depending on bank processing efficiency.
9. Payment Dispute & Chargeback

10. Additional Regional Charges
Customs duties, value-added tax, goods and service tax and other handling fees incurred by regional regulations shall be borne by customers separately.
