"AE-care" Warranty Scheme

The AE-care Warranty Scheme is an exclusive after-sales protection plan for all clothing products purchased from our store. This scheme aims to guarantee customers’ legitimate shopping rights, providing professional and efficient after-sales solutions for defective clothing items within the valid protection period. All services are compliant with international cross-border e-commerce after-sales standards.

1. Warranty Protection Period

15-day valid warranty period: The AE-care warranty service takes effect from the day customers receive the goods. Customers who discover product quality problems within 15 calendar days after delivery can apply for the exclusive after-sales services covered by this scheme.

2. Eligible Warranty Service Content

For clothing products with confirmed quality issues within the warranty period, we provide two official after-sales services for customers to choose freely:
  • Free Return & Refund: Return the defective product in its original condition to get a full refund of the product payment.
  • Free Exchange Service: Replace the defective product with a brand-new, intact product of the same style, size and color for free.

3. Qualified Quality Problem Conditions (Eligible for AE-care Warranty)

Only clothing products with the following non-artificial, inherent quality problems within 15 days after receipt can enjoy the AE-care warranty service:
  • Factory production defects: Serious sewing deviation, loose threads, missing stitches, broken seams, uneven cutting and other process problems;
  • Material quality problems: Serious fabric damage, hole defects, abnormal fabric hardening, obvious color difference (inconsistent with product display pictures), severe fading and bleeding during normal inspection;
  • Printing & embroidery defects: Falling off, cracking, missing or offset of clothing printing, embroidery and decorative accessories;
  • Accessory problems: Missing matching buttons, zippers damage, unsmooth zipping, broken belts and other original accessory defects;
  • Other inherent factory quality problems that affect normal wearing and use of the clothing.

4. Warranty Application Preconditions

  • The product is within the 15-day warranty period after customer’s receipt;
  • The product problem is confirmed as inherent factory quality defect, not caused by human factors;
  • The product retains original packaging, tags, labels and accessories completely, with no private disassembly, modification or cutting;
  • The product has no signs of artificial damage, secondary wearing, washing, ironing or outdoor use;
  • Customers can provide valid proof materials: order number, product photos/videos of defective parts, delivery receipt.

5. Ineligible Situations (Excluded from AE-care Warranty)

The following situations are not covered by the AE-care Warranty Scheme, and no return, refund or exchange service will be provided:
  • Exceeding the 15-day warranty period after receiving the goods;
  • Product damage caused by human factors: artificial cutting, scratching, collision, extrusion, drop damage;
  • Defects caused by improper personal use and maintenance: damage after washing, ironing, sun exposure, soaking, chemical contamination;
  • Normal wear and slight wrinkles, minor thread ends, slight color difference caused by light and shooting, which do not affect normal wearing;
  • Products that have been worn, used, modified, repaired privately or lost original tags and packaging;
  • Damage caused by force majeure factors such as transportation damage claimed after signing for receipt, natural disasters, etc.

6. Warranty Application Process

  1. Contact Customer Service: Submit a warranty application via our official email or store customer service within 15 days after receiving the goods;
  2. Provide Proof Materials: Offer order information and clear photos/videos of the product’s defective parts;
  3. Verification & Confirmation: Our team will verify the problem within 1-3 working days and confirm the eligible after-sales solution;
  4. Complete After-sales Processing: Follow customer service guidance to return the goods or complete the exchange process, and we will finish the refund or shipment replacement as soon as possible.

7. Supplementary Notes

All AE-care warranty services only cover product quality problems, and do not cover subjective dissatisfaction such as inappropriate size, personal dislike of style, and inconsistent personal imagination. We strictly abide by the warranty rules and protect every customer’s legitimate consumption rights.
